1. Fill out our online form!
Fill out our online Repair/Calibration Request form and include a copy in your shipment of your product to us.
2. We Receive, Test Your Equipment, and Send an Estimate.
US Environmental will receive, test your equipment, and provide you with a written estimate for your review. While your instrument is in for service, we offer 50% off our rental prices for a temporary replacement unit if needed.
We also provide replacement instrument/ trade-in offers depending on the value of the repaired item.
3. Repair, Calibrate, and Send.
With your approval, we will repair, calibrate, and send your instrument back to you ASAP!
